Fashion historian Scott Jorgenson provides a narrative for each look. The collection is a sampling of the gowns on display at the Bling! Gorgeous Gowns and Dazzling Dresse exhibition at the Oshkosh Public Museum in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, held in 2011-2012.
