Two antique sets from 1894: My Lady Betty and Winsome Winnie, published by Raphael Tuck & Sons. Dolls are 5 1/2 and 6 inches high. Each comes with three dresses and hats. Costumes are designed to tuck under the doll's head. Winnie's head has been glued back on and needs to be repositioned. The sets are not complete. Also included, 5 larger hats that don't go with these paper dolls but are from the same era. From Sylvia Kleindinst's collection, just one available.
