The Chipmunk Twins—Cherie and Charmette—are star bakers along with their debonair brother, Pierre. The Chipmunk's baking kitchen comes with all the supplies needed to make delicious pastries and bread. The patisserie includes the actual shop, a bistro table and chairs for their customers, and an elevator for those who cannot climb trees. In addition to these two habitats, the set comes with the Chipmunk's log-and-underground burrow, with a charming bedroom scene decorated with a Monet painting. The Twins' wardrobe includes baking attire, French folk costumes, and casual Parisian skirt sets. Their clothes are interchangeable. Debonair Pierre is responsible for the family's boulangerie (bread) cart, but he is also an accomplished mime, a budding artist, and an all-around romantic fellow who loves to charm the ladies.

Together with Flora-Belle the Fox (sold separately), they inhabit the "French Quarter" of the forest. Their baking kitchen and Treetop Patisserie (pastry shop) habitats make up the top end of Flora-Belle's tree and are meant to be attached to Flora-Belle's boudoir below.
