We ship most orders via US Postal Service. Shipping fee is based on total order:$0-$12.95.....3.50. $12.96-$25.....$4.95. $25.01-$40.....$5.95. $40.01-$65.....$6.95. Over $65.....FREE!
Shipping charges do not apply to magazine subscriptions or catalog.
Canadian/Overseas orders: Your shipping fee will be calculated during your checkout process. Shipping rates to Canada start at $23.00. Overseas rates start at $26.00. Sorry, we cannot offer free shipping out of the country.

We want you to be happy with your order, so returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. However, please use protective packaging so the paper dolls do not get damaged in the mail. You may use the value toward the purchase of another item or request a refund. Return shipping will not be reimbursed.
